snapp may collect or store the following information to provide the service.

• Identifiers, username, and profile information for the connected Instagram professional account
• Images, videos, captions, and post URLs from the user's own connected account
• Access tokens issued for Instagram connection, stored encrypted
• DM content with the snapp Instagram account, message identifiers, and reply history
• Generated previews, approval history, and published site information
• Technical information such as access logs and error logs

2. Purpose of use

We use collected information for the following purposes.

• Connecting Instagram accounts and confirming the authorized account belongs to the user
• Generating, displaying, and publishing web page previews requested by the user
• Sending connection guidance, preview URLs, and public URLs through Instagram DM
• Preventing abuse, investigating failures, maintaining security, and improving the service
• Complying with applicable laws and platform rules

3. Instagram connection and scope

snapp only accesses Instagram professional account information that the user explicitly authorizes through Instagram Business Login or an equivalent flow. snapp does not provide a feature to arbitrarily collect posts from third-party accounts that the user has not connected.

4. AI page generation

snapp may use AI to generate page structure and copy from connected posts and profile information. Important details such as phone numbers, addresses, opening hours, prices, and booking methods are included only when supported by collected source material.

5. Service providers and third-party sharing

snapp may use providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, data storage, AI processing, and other necessary service operations. snapp does not sell or provide collected information to third parties except when required by law, with user consent, or as necessary for service providers.

6. Published information

Generated pages are treated as private previews until the user explicitly approves publication in Instagram DM. Published pages may display post images, copy based on captions, Instagram profile links, and related information.

7. Retention and deletion

snapp stores information for as long as necessary to provide the service, or as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. Users can delete stored snapp data and invalidate the stored Instagram connection token after authentication from the data deletion page.

8. Security

snapp uses reasonable security measures, including encrypted access token storage and restricted access to secrets, to help prevent unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, or loss.
